Cancellation/No-Show Policy
We are honored to style the beautiful women of South Florida, and look forward to blowing you away each and every time.  As a courtesy to our team and other guests, please let us know at least four (4) hours before your scheduled appointment, if you are unable to make it. Please be advised no-shows and cancellations made within four (4) hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service amount.

Tardiness Policy
Things happen. We understand! That’s why we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. Your tardiness, however, can affect the remainder of our day and other scheduled appointments. As such, if you arrive after our 15-minute grace period, you may have to forgo the use of hot tools, in order to keep your service within the allotted time.
